
Bradbourne House
Bradbourne House is a detached Tudor-style guest house with a beautiful garden, ample parking and only 8 minutes walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the town centre. We are a non-smoking house, however, we do have a dedicated smoking area at the rear of the property.
Ian and Chris offer a warm welcome to all of their guests. We offer all of the comforts you would expect from a four star B&B so that you can relax and enjoy your stay in pleasant surroundings.The house has recently been refurbished and is centrally heated and double glazed throughout.
We have five guest bedrooms, one of which is situated on the ground floor and with the disabled in mind, is equipped with grab rails and long armed taps. Please specify when booking if you require this facility.
Rooms
All have recently been refurbished having double glazing throughout, colour television (Satellite) by remote control and tea and coffee making facilities.
Just to make your visit more homely and comfortable you will find spare pillows, duvets and hot-water bottles and bedroom browsers in each room.
The dining room is attractively laid out, having separate tables and a lovely view of the garden, waterfall and pond. A pay phone is available in the dining room for our guests to use at any time.
Our guests are welcome to use the Conservatory, which overlooks the delightful pond and beautiful garden. You will find a good selection of books and maps, sure to be of interest to those of you touring the area or just relaxing with the latest magazines and newspapers.

Accessibility Information
Bradbourne House is a detached Tudor style guest house in Stratford-upon-avon. The property has a level tarmac parking area for 7 cars at the front of the house.
Ground floor Access – is through the front door where a small step to the entrance (9cm).Bedroom 1 which is situated on the ground floor is equipped with grab rails for shower and toilet use and long armed taps if required. The hall, breakfast and lounge area are on the ground floor which is level throughout.
First Floor- access to the 6 bedrooms is via one flight of 14 steps with a handrail. There are no steps on the first floor; all bedrooms are centrally heated with adjustable thermostatic controls.
