Embrace: The Union Project aims to put an end to the UK’s body dissatisfaction epidemic.

Embrace is a life changing social impact documentary that explores the serious issue of negative body image.

Embrace tells the story of Taryn Brumfitt’s journey from body loather to body lover – an Australian wife and mother who embarks on an international crusade to change the way we think and feel about our bodies.

Hosted and supported by Personal Vitality, Shoemed Limited and Betty's Bites.

Join us to watch this truly inspirational film at Stratford ArtsHouse and help us support Alzheimers UK and The Shakespeare Hospice
