Christmas, craft and traditional markets will be held in Bridge Street on the four Thursdays leading up to Christmas and there will be, in addition, an Italian Market in Rother Street on Thursday 18th and in Bridge Street on Friday 19th December as well as quality food and drink vendors including a Chocolate Tram and The Green Bean Mobile Coffee Company.

Christmas Lights Switch On Ceremony
Thursday 27th November sees the arrival of Santa Claus in Stratford, heralded by the switch-on of the spectacular Stratford Christmas Lights at 5pm at the Town Hall. The event this year promises to be a bigger and better event than ever before and will be covered live again by BBC Coventry & Warwickshire radio - Bob Brolly hosts, with Santa's reindeer in attendance, fireworks, balloon artiste and choirs
Santa will be in his grotto in the Mayor's Parlour at the Town Hall immediately after the switch-on so children may visit him and there will be a reception at the Town Hall which is open to the public.
