The Falstaff's Experience

Local word has it that Shakespeare’s best loved character Falstaff was based on the Tavern Keeper William Rogers who ran an inn in Sheep Street in the 16thC. Now you can visit the site of the inn and experience for yourself the Falstaff Experience.

For a more haunting experience you can visit the Haunted Chamber reputedly haunted by the souls of pilgrims. On a merrier note you can end your visit to Shreves House with a visit to the Falstaff Tavern where you can eavesdrop on drinkers as they ponder on the Civil War
